Pay rate  £21,145 depending on prior experience, existing skills and machine know how

This position requires working shifts as required so individuals will need to be flexible in their scheduling.


• Maintain “Printer ticket”, levels.

• Reduce machine “downtime”.

• Carry out “Basic” maintenance of gaming machines/equipment.

• Deal effectively with customer queries/disputes.

• Promotion of Total Rewards system to all customers.

• Maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

• Have a complete knowledge of all facilities available to the customers.

• To maintain a pleasant, friendly and welcoming attitude.

• When required, provide services of food, beverages to members and guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Demonstrate knowledge of slot machine/gaming equipment and operation.

• Have a basic knowledge of statutory requirements in terms of the gaming laws, liquor laws and other related subjects.

• Assist management in all areas of promotion and customer service as directed.

• To always display the four key behaviours of the Customer Service model and ensure that exceptional customer service standards are meet at all times.

• To have a good knowledge of all forms of fraudulent behaviour in casinos. This duty includes the immediate reporting of any doubtful or suspicious incident or behaviour to the manager.

• To regularly attend employee meetings and employee training events as and when required.

• Achieve a high standard of personal grooming.

• Maintain and reflect the brand values at all times.

• Ensure that the club is promoted in a positive way through your interactions and communications with guests and visitors to provide a unique and memorable guest experience. In doing so take every opportunity to interact with guest and where required or appropriate seek out clarification of guest expectations or information needs to ensure guest is assisted and acknowledged at all times.
